Rotten customer service and app.

I got an email saying the payment hadn’t gone through. I realised I forgot to change my card details after I got a new card from the bank. Changed then w, and confirmed the change in the bank’s app. Got another email saying the bank refused payment. Called the bank. No refused payment. They had a record of the authorisation. Called admiral. They say the bank refused. Told me to call them again. He seemed totally disinterested. I couldn’t do anything immediately. I was out. Checked the app when I got home. Card details were correct. I did a manual payment, and I went through. The app needs fixing, as does the website. Neither work properly on a mobile device. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2024

Easy to set up. Instant virtual card available straight away. Love the disposable card. Disappointed that cash back isn’t available on the standard plan all the time. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Easy to use. Really simple to set up an account. The few times I've call customer service, they've been friendly and knowledgable. Setting up a linked savings account is straight forward, and the interest rate is great. Transferring money into, and out of, Chase is simple and fast. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
