Easy, reliable & friendly

I've been using starling for my personal and business account provider for 4 years now, and I just can't fault them. Their app is quick and easy to use, with lots functionality. Plus I can log in via the web portal if I need to do more in-depth things. Over the 4 years I think I've had to contact customer services twice, and on both occasions my query has been resolved within minutes. I wouldn't go back to a hight street bank now. Clear, feature rich account.

I set-up my account in seconds, there banking app is really clear and easy to use, but has lots of really useful features. I've been with them fir nearly tree years, but I've only had to contact customer service twice in period. When I did my query was solved withing a few minutes. Compared to my old high street bank, they just make everything easy. Reviewed on: 6th January 2022
