Night and Day compared to the useless TSB

Left the TSB after a long relationship when after a year of it issues they were unable to resolve the issue and therefore there were days when I couldn’t access my money without a 2 hour phone rigmarole and that only worked sometimes The difference is stark, paying bills is such a simple and secure process, takes less than a minute and works on all my mobile kit. Hopefully will test out a euro account later this year if we ever get travelling again. The spaces functionality although not necessary for me is a great concept and in different times of my life would have been a bonus. They do regularly communication in an engaging style, unlike the patronising TSB. Very happy Reviewed on: 6th January 2022
