A jewel among bankers

Starling Bank has continued to serve me best with my finances. As a frequent traveller, I still enjoy the benefit of fee-free payments and withdrawals abroad, which only shows how they value their clients' hard-earned money. Customer service is always on top of my concerns should I have one and is also accessible within 1 day of sending a message. Finally, I have taken advantage of their industry-leading innovations in online banking such as virtual cards, which I appreciate so much. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

A model of Modern banking

There's always something new with Starling, their app and their products. At least 2 a year, I get new capabilities with their app that takes years for old guard banks to adopt. I'm just happy to be banking with them in the past 2 years and I will continue to do so with their customer first culture. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

The great disrupter

Starling Bank brings out one's excitement for their personal finances. They are really in touch with their users through their continued drive to innovate. With this 'fee-less' bank, I couldn't recommend this enough as a bargain! Reviewed on: 6th January 2022
