Easy to Manage

I had a loan with Hitachi and was impressed with how easy it was to check in on and manage my account. The site you log into isn't the most sleek or fancy, but it had every option I needed to check my balance, pay off the loan early, etc. without having to phone anyone up or wait in a customer service queue for hours. Couldn't be more impressed!

I love using Starling. I switched from Santander because I was looking for an ethical bank so Starling's ethics policy appealed to me. The fact that the product and all its features are so easy to use is a huge bonus. I love having instant, easy access to my money and being able to do exactly what I want with it. They also clearly listen to what their customers want and add new services and features that are genuinely useful and easy to get to grips with. The branding is great, I follow Starling on social media and love the informative posts they share too. All round, excellent! Reviewed on: 7th January 2022
