Wholly disappointing. If they spent as much on their ads as they did on modernising their approach to banking the whole process would be far more satisfactory. Online banking is too old-skool, customer service leaves something to be desired. I can see why those under 40 turn to digital banks. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Easy experience, and good deal. A little too over the top with communications during the quoting process and marketing since but provide some really good offers alongside the insurance and everything appears simple. Yet to have any major interaction (claim/call) but everything so far has been easy to understand. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Really easy application and I love how it integrates in the app with my personal accounts. Feels quite busy in terms of the tiered options but easy to use and the CASS from Tide went through without issue. Card took nearly 2 weeks to arrive but that's only a minor thing. Overly complicated application process, it felt like. Looked to join given the good reports on rates, new branding and adverts, but despite a new brand the process and provisions still felt archaic. So much paperwork, slow to send card, unnecessary pay-in rules. Just a waste of time and the credit search in my opinion. Reviewed on: 18th September 2024

Great product and service, and the company are okay at communicating (primarily marketing stuff though). Very complicated contracts and materials. Would like an online account. Prices are fair. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023
