Easy to understand

Didn't end up taking the account but the process and site was easy. Rates were attractive at the time and product range comparable to any building society. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

Easy to use, all your money in one place and can be moved around savings pots with ease - great rates (with paid-for benefit). Range is a little limited and there is a constant push towards investments which is annoying, but as a product the savings accounts are pukka. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

Found myself now using this as my primary credit card. So easy and useful, with great flexibility on how you wish to use credit. Also provides that security and provides the best credit card integration to current account that I have experienced. The early pay-off functionality is great and the fact it links in with rewards is perfect. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

Wholly disappointing.

Wholly disappointing. If they spent as much on their ads as they did on modernising their approach to banking the whole process would be far more satisfactory. Online banking is too old-skool, customer service leaves something to be desired. I can see why those under 40 turn to digital banks. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Easy experience, and good deal.

Easy experience, and good deal. A little too over the top with communications during the quoting process and marketing since but provide some really good offers alongside the insurance and everything appears simple. Yet to have any major interaction (claim/call) but everything so far has been easy to understand. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025
