TBH, we rarely contact Santander as things work. Possibly the app could be improved with a better search facility. Reviewed on: 1st February 2023

The cashback is welcome

The cashback we receive is welcome. We have the "lite" version of the account as recommended by Money Saving Expert. The app could maybe be better: it doesn't allow searches and payees are not ordered alphabetically when paying something. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022
