Great service and app makes it convenient

As a testament to the app and the smooth experience, I've yet to need to call up any customer service. Everything including disputes is so easy to do via their app. And nothing ever goes awry. Reviewed on: 31st January 2023

Great app, never had to call customer support

Everything is automated including the sign up process, the app provides all the information you need, because of the lack of people, everything gets sorted out quickly and the foreign exchange rate is amazing. Reviewed on: 14th January 2022
