Excellent service, value for money and ethical.

On the occasional use of customer service, my request has always been answered/resolved in one call. The staff have always been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and have checked that I have the answers I wanted and asked if there is anything else that they can help with (and you speak to a human). Triodos has always been helpful when I have an enquiry, they talk to me in plane English (no jargon or trade speak that could be misconstrued), they listen, check that what I have said is correct and kindly give me a reply and then help me to resolve my question. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
