Helpful friendly staff who always go the extra mile. Transparent and communicative with frequent interesting updates via email that are not too late Ng but rely lots of information. The fact that they are supporting local ethical and environmentally friendly schemes/investments is huge for me. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Fantastic ethics and service

Always quick to resolve any issues I've had and agents go the extra mile. I joined for their ethical and environmental credentials but they have provided better service than I've had from any of the other major banks. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
