Friendly customer service

Triodos offer friendly, person centered customer service which makes me feel like a valued customer. Additionally their focus on sustainability is real and not green washing but are participating in a different way of banking that showcases the way to a better future. I'm grateful to Triodos for this and also proud to play my part in changing the banking system for good. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
