Feels friendly

Triodos bank feels friendly. There isn't a feeling of being just another customer, but instead a feeling of being part of a bigger thing that we're all in together. Transparency on where and how money is invested is important and is always available to view. On the rare occasions that I've needed to speak to someone in person, they've always been great.
