Best bank, best customer support!

I've was delighted to learn of Triodos some years ago & have banked very happily with them ever since. Whenever I've landed myself with a problem I've had no difficulty in getting through to their support number, invariably receiving a friendly response with the problem solved swiftly & efficiently. I have to admit that any problems along the way (as far as I recall) have been of my own making! Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

From a fairly new convert!

I switched from Barclays Bank over six months ago, having read not only about Triodos Bank's ethos but also about the appalling fact that Barclays Bank funds fossil fuel companies that are wantonly destroying our wonderful planet. I have had marvellous customer support from Triodos at times when I've needed assistance & cannot fault them in any way. A refreshing change from other banks! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
