Always been easy to use; improves steadily

I've been a Triodos customer since the 1990s, and their current account when it came out in 2017 has always been straightforward to use. Customer service is great. The service is steadily improved with new features and tweaks. This, on top of their ethical approach, makes them hard to beat. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Best ethical option

Triodos have always gone the extra mile on the ethical front, but they really took their time about moving from just savings to offering a current account. I'm happy to say that that time seems to have been well spent, insofar as the account is easy to use and has all the online banking features I need, including transaction download.
