Ethical, modern, easy

Been banking with them for years, and their online service and app have steadily improved over that time. Many features I've requested during feedback have been added, so I'd regard them as somewhat more responsive than other accounts I have, which seem to get steadily worse, if anything. Been with them for years and have very few complaints.

Been with them for years and have very few complaints. Online offering improves steadily, app works without requiring Google privacy-invading APIs. Export of data works well. Usability complaints occasionally even result in improvements. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Straightforward, ethical: win

Been banking with them for years, and their Internet banking service has always been more straightforward to use, with a less convoluted design, than the other banks I deal with. Couple that ease of use with their being arguably the main independent ethical option in the UK, and you're onto a winner. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
