Ethical, friendly and efficient

Attracted by the banks’s ethos, I have just switched my current account to Triodos. The switching went smoothly and since then I have enjoyed the easy-to-use online app. When I have required to speak to customer service I have found the operators friendly and extremely helpful. I would heartily recommend the bank to friends and colleagues- and indeed have already done so. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
