The best personal customer service ever received

I had transferred the sale of some shares into Triodos but without enough details for the, to identify my account. Called them up spoke to customer service who put me old hold briefly whilst the found the amount I had said and date of transfer. Resolved and into my account. Very little waiting time and no fuss. Excellent personal banking service

When an urgent transfer to my account didn’t have the correct details to complete properly I received an excellent response from the customer service team who sorted it within a few few minutes of calling the relevant teams. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
