This is a bank you can trust.

This is a bank you can trust. It's transparent, ethical and easy to deal with on a personal level. I have never had anything but helpful guidance, and it takes extra care with customers to avoid fraud, which in today's world, is really important. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

Ethical, personable, fair and transparent

There isn't another bank in the country that provides a genuine ethical service, offering true value for money. There is a small monthly charge of £3 for use of the current account, but there are no hidden costs, no huge overdraft fees and total transparency about where its money goes, which is very important for me. Triodos is also a personable bank. You can get straight through relatively fast and speak to a friendly, helpful person. I can say this having been with the bank since 2009. Ethical, personal and decent rates

I am very happy with Triodos, having been with them since 2017. They are most definitely the most ethical bank you can find (and extremely transparent), which is my main reason for being with and staying with them. I do not want my money use for or invested in companies that do not have genuine environmental and ethical policies and practices. On the few occasions that I had a question, I have received a timely, helpful answer, and their other communications on line are helpful. I also think their interest rates are as good as any of the mainstream banks, currently low, but then so are those of the big banks. I think Triodos most definitely deserves a banking award as an example to other banking institutions. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
