Triodos ethical position is standout.

Triodos ethical position is standout. If only all banks could ensure they are putting their morals first when investing and the green transition would be well under way. The phone app is a great improvement too. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Customer service improving all the time.

Customer service has got better over the years. Many glitches with getting to used to online banking were handled kindly. Most recently when asked to send a summary of how a foreign transfer could received the call handler completed the task and sent an email via secure method very efficiently. Thank you.
