I've been with Triodos for quite a long time, more than 20 years. In all that time, every interaction I have had with them has been efficient, friendly, helpful and quick. They do what they say, and they're seriously interested in meeting your needs. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

An ethical bank run by ethical people.

When you need to contact the bank, you quickly speak to a knowledgeable, friendly, helpful human being. Usually they are authorised to sort out any problem or issue immediately.
