As a landlord we had the misfortune of a substantial claim soon after taking out the policy a few years back. While the insurers argued, Higos were great and have continued to give great and personal service ever since. Would not switch.

Customer service has the high street bank I also use knocked into a cocked hat. Plus I can sleep at night knowing the interest I receive does not come from fossil fuel, arms or other things that are bad for people and our planet.
