Fully satisfactory experience

As an internet bank the system was allowed to settle down and is now being upgraded and modernised to improve appearance and functionality. I have had no problems. If I have made an error the telephone help has been courteous, friendly and efficient, and the administrative changes needed following the death of my wife eleven months ago were dealt with quickly and in kindly fashion.
