I really appreciate their ethical policies and transparency. Their app isn’t perfect but it’s improved a great deal i t he last few years. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Good service, strong ethics

Occasionally I’m disappointed that a minor feature might be missing from their app when compared with certain competitors. I also find myself hesitant to recommend their personal current account lightly because it could involve having a discussion about why I choose to pay £3 a month for it. Having said that, the reason I choose to do this is an ethical one (see their website for details), and it’s the strength of their ethics that is where Triodos really shines.
