Friendly, efficient and ethical

On the rare occasions that I've had to contact customer service, they have been quick and efficient and dealt with my query / resolved a problem in record time. My account is easy to use and I like the fact that the bank is supporting projects in my locality. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Banking beyond expectations

I wanted a bank that had a ethics, was community focused and environmentally friendly. It was easy to switch to them and their Customer Services over the phone is exceptional. Very quick to answer the phone and your problem is resolved promptly. I would recommend Triodos to anyone. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022
