Modern banking but with a human touch

I don't often need to get in touch but when I do I feel that the person on the other end of the line really owns my problem and cares that it gets sorted out. A breath of fresh air in a world when you spend so much time feeling like your just an irritant or a number. Reviewed on: 21st January 2023

A welcome return to good solid service

The joy of being a Triodos customer is that if you encounter a problem, on the other end of the phone you'll find a human being who treats you like a human being and who owns the problem and is committed to finding a solution. On the rare occasion when it isn't possible to get through you are kept informed of where you are in the queue so that you can make a judgement on whether to hang on or call back rather than just endless repeats of jarring 'musak' with messages stating how important you are which might go on for hours Reviewed on: 16th January 2022
