Good all round

I have had a Triodos bank account for a number of years now and and have never found fault with the bank. I did once suggest an improvement to how something worked online and note that this has now come to fruition, so I hope my comments were helpful. The staff are helpful and pleasant and not particularly hard to get hold of if required. The online experience is smooth. I feel my money is in good hands, being put to good use and being dealt with very professionally. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022
