Ethical bank, few payment glitches

It feels great to bank with someone who is very ethical and aims to do good and shares our values. The only downsides are we’ve had issues with processing card payments several times. The security is very tight which can be good and bad when trying to make a payment and needing the token creation thingy. Paying in cheques you have to post off and you can’t pay in cash but we’re mostly card anyway now. These are a small price to pay for a bank which is truely using our money to do good.
