I love the fact that Triodos has principles that I can trust about where it invests our - my - money, that they're not supporting fossil fuel producing companies but community, green, local and ethical businesses. And I love the fact I can speak to a real person at the end of a phone line which has been answered in a few rings instead of 45 minutes! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Lovely staff and friendly ethical service!

I love the customer service Triodos provides - and I always get to speak to a real person! Selling a flat and then transferring money to our daughter was made so much easier by the lovely helpful staff (thanks Amber in Bristol). And a couple of weeks before Christmas our account got hacked - horrible experience - shocking and scary - but again, the bank was on the case (they told us it was happening) and were so calm, helpful and speedy, it prevented the whole thing being terrifying (especially when I was close to tears in one phone call…) Reviewed on: 16th January 2022
