Best bank used - the ethical nature is a bonus

I chose Triodos on the recommendation of my partner as I was looking for a sustainable bank. I wrongly assumed that opting for a sustainable bank would mean I have to compromise on service and app functionality, however this couldn’t be further from true. I’ve now had my Triodos account for more than a year and haven’t had a single problem - reliable, efficient, easy to use and problem free. The ethical nature that drew me in initially is now just a bonus - albeit a very big and rewarding bonus. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
