Fantastic service just an app away!

Most outgoing payments require me to verify on the app (which I have never had with any other bank), the ability to control my card, and contactless options - all without picking up the phone or using a live chat system! I really can't fault their service at all, I would recommend this bank to anyone and everyone - it is by far the easiest to set up. the app is very user-friendly, it also feels very secure.
