Fantastic, secure, easy to use Mobile banking with great customer service

Having used this bank since 2020 I have never had any issues with weird charges or issues wuith my card. Mr card details compromised in 2021 and with a quick message from my secure app the card was cancelled and a new one with me next day. The app experiance is far better and much qicker than any other banking app I have used and the features it has such as card details online and immediate notifications of spend and transfers makes it easy to keep track of my money. I have 4 kite cards for my kids (£2 each a little steep compared to others) however the can all have thir own app which allows them to manage their spending and its all linked to my account so I can use it for pocket money and rewards as well as emergency money transfers if they get stuck somewhere.
