I have my card copied only internet and and starling have sent me a new card several times within in a few days. They also have a 24-hour helpline that is in this country so there is no problems with language whatsoever they are very empathetic. They look after my interests. And I have never had a single problem with banking with them. And the staff are exceedingly helpful on the telephone it's like having your own personal banker to sum it up in one short sentence it's like having a friend and as a banker for you.
