Makes the "traditional" banks look greedy,selfish and inept. No bank has excellent customer service,however Starling's is good whereas the highest Reeth banks have none at all. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

How banking should be.

An excellent easy to setup and use app, featuring everything you would expect from a decent banking organisation. The customer service is quick, efficient and courteous even though it is mainly 'digital' chat. I like this bank, I REALLY like this bank, I have been trying to get my wife to move her cumbersome and expensive business account over to Starling. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
