Straightforward excellence

I left my previous Bank after over 20 years not because I was dissatisfied with service but because their ethical position was inconsistent with what I believe to be important. But once I moved I realised how much better a bank can be. The first time I shared a bill with a friend I was amazed how simple it was. I love that I can easily see my spending and analyse it. Reminders are useful and messages pertinent. And they aren't constantly trying to sell me things I don't want. Very glad I switched. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
