Amazing ethics, without any service sacrifice

To find a bank as ethical as Triodos is super rare, and so you would assume that you would have to sacrifice on service but that isn’t the case at all. The online banking app is really simple and user friendly and you always get phenomenal customer service. It’s wonderful to be able to make a positive contribution in the world simply through my everyday banking. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Great personal banking that does good in the world

I love my Triodos current account. The app is really clear and easy to use and the customer service is always friendly and helpful. I get everything I need from my current account AND I am safe in the knowledge that I am not supporting fossil fuels or other unethical practices with my money. Win win! Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023

Good banking that does good

My Triodos personal account gives me exactly what I need from a bank account. The online. banking app is really user friendly and the customer service is great. To have such a great service that gives back so positively to planet and people truly is a win win! I wanted to switch to an ethical bank for years, but I'd been with my previous bank since I was a student (I'm in my forties now) I was really anxious about making the switch, but the process of transferring was seamless, the account does what I need and the customer service is so much friendlier, personal and helpful.
