Efficient and robust ethical plan

It's great being able to choose an ethical plan and seeing it managed as efficiently and robustly as my other plans. I will be switching over.more thoroughly before April. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

I've been with Starling for a few years now and they've been great. This year I got married and changed my name and not only were Starling the easiest bank to change my name with, they were the best of any company and government departments. They make it easy to be a.woman and customer. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Efficient and data driven banking that I've been looking for all my life

5
I've been with Starling for more than 2 years now and I love all the improvements that have come in that time. And I love it before them! They are the most efficient bank I've had in many swaps over the years, able to process everything speedily without forcing me into a branch or arguing about security issues. The data they provide on the app helps me to compartmentalise my budgets and identify changes, and keep me aware of what proportion of money I'm spending on necessities as well as extra spends, like my wedding or purchases for my wellbeing. I'll never move from this bank no matter how much other banks like to pay joining bonuses. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023

A lazy person's way of investing

5
I've looked at making investments before, and simply run out of time or effort to get it done. With Wealthify, which my excellent bank Starling pointed me towards, I completed a risk profile, answered a few more questions, and boom, I'm investing. I've found it easy to use, and when I've been asked on what investments I've been making, I've been able to find that on the app easily - which made my new financial advisor nod and move on to a different topic. So for me, I've very easily been able to do something that I've needed to do for a while, but the minimal amount of knowledge. That's something I appreciate as a busy woman. Exactly what I'd been looking for

5
Starling is completely at home in my phone, they bring out app features I never even knew I needed (and it turns out I needed separate spaces for my direct debits and credit card bills), I love the app metrics, how I can divide up my spending and earnings easily. I keep forgetting I don't need my card for spending any more. Most of all, banking is easy. I have had current accounts at a few different banks and I've never got as far as content. I'm happy here. Starling is the best bank I've ever been with and I've already recommended it to every person under 40 I've met since joining. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
