Banking as it should be

Finally a bank that puts you in control of your money. Since switching to Starling I have better control of my money and more ways to track my bills and spending. The app and account is always evolving to give me more oversight and as a customer I feel like they want to deliver me a good service, something I have never felt with other banks. Some people are nervous of online banks but my experience has been nothing but positive. Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

Banking that's fit for modern day

Innovative thinking and clearly designed by people with modern-day technology in mind. I was tired of slow transaction updates, and a clunky online portal with my old bank so I made the switch to Starling and couldn't be happier. For too long banks have benefitted from the streamlining of a cashless society, online spending, and accelerated transactions but despite this, they have been woeful in enabling customers to better manage their finances with these advances, and still, they found time to patronize us with advertising campaigns about how much they care and want us to be better with money. Starling doesn't do this, it just makes banking easier, clearer and removes the fear around checking your balance as you always know what's happening with your money, and importantly it takes no extra effort or time.
