Easy to use and kept informed

The account was simple to set up. Rates are competitive and RCI bank keep me informed of their products in a simple to understand way. On the occasion I needed help the telephone was answered and my query resolved in good time without having to wait in a queue listening to irritating music. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022
