Ethical, transparent, friendly

One of the best things about Triodos is the thoroughness of its ethical policies. On top of that, their commitment to transparency and honesty means that I am always kept aware of what is happening with my money, as well as being able to see a full list of where they invest. When I have had contact with members of staff at Triodos, they have always been very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the email updates which contain very interesting things to read about rather than just banking updates. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022
