Excellent

Took out a fixed rate issue which has now come to an end,.went to discuss further options at local branch.From the moment I entered the branch I was welcomed and was seen within 5 minutes. When we discussed various products everything was clearly explained without any sales pressure which banks sometimes use that make me want to walk out. Plus early opening and late nights, makes it much easier to discuss business without having to worry about watching your watch as the bank is closing at 2.30 in the afternoon.Overall very Happy!
