This is one of the best banks that I have banked with. There was no difficulty being accepted for a personal loan based on my credit rating and affordability. The process was quite straightforward. Customer services is very good especially with enquiries. Reviewed on: 19th July 2023

I have used Zopa for few years now and have found them to be honest, helpful, reliable and responsible lenders. There are no hidden surprises neither with their terms and conditions. Repayments are easy to make, and their system is easy to navigate. There is nothing complicated everything is designed to help the customer. If there are any issues staff are always happy to help.
