Very polite and professional..

Very polite and professional when buying the policy. Unfortuntely this year I had to claim for the very first time after badly breaking my ankle. My claim was also handled politely and professionaly. I appreciate that AllClear are the brokers but they sold me a policy that was appropiate for my needs and came up trumps when needed Reviewed on: 29th September 2025

The REAL test.....an accident abroad

I had to use my travel insurance for the first time this year when I had an accident resulting in an operation abroad and 10 days in hospital. I had been totally honest with them when I filled in my proposal form and they covered my medical bills and repatriation costs in full. Emergency motorcycle injuries cover for touring abroad

I need emergency motorcycle injuries cover in case the worst happens when I am on tour. Holiday safe are one of the few companies that provide this, Fair price and the advisors always polite and professional. .Fortunately never had to claim so I cannot comment on this Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

My Holiday Insurance

I needed holiday health insurance to cover me for two motorcycle tours....one down to Rome, the other up to the Arctic Circle. Unfortunately I have medical conditions which has made getting insurance difficult or very expensive. The Holidaysafe representative I spoke to was very professional and polite and asked detailed questions about my medication, the reasons I was taking each one and enquires about my recent medical history. I was treated like an individual and not simply an applicant who had to tick various boxes.
