Reliable, ethical and you can speak to real, live people!

Since switching about 18 months ago I have consistently good experiences of using them. I don't feel I am being fobbed off if I have a query. I can speak to a real person really easily and promptly if I need to. Their website (original design - which is what I use) and online access is easy to use and not 'dumbed down' just to look pretty but be really annoying for customers. Bit more than anything - I trust their decisions are informed by an ethical, respectful and green philosophy and after the way the big banks have behaved in recent years (and treated me personally) its a refreshing change.
