This company sucks

I was advised to cancel my policy and told there would be no fee guess what they lied . After cancellation of the policy I received numerous emails and texts telling me they were still my insurance company I contacted them and was assured that these were pre generated messages and that the policy was indeed cancelled with no fee this morning I received a letter stating I owed them over a hundred pounds when I phoned they told me they never said I wouldn't have to pay be very careful with this company Reviewed on: 23rd September 2017
