Digital assistant - has all the basics

If you have a standard type question then Cora is pretty useful, acting in a similar way to an interactive FAQ guide without digging through lots of useless info. Good selection options to drill into what you are after and you can get through to a real person if the query is more difficult to answer than the stock responses. Reviewed on: 31st March 2022

Easy peasy

Loan application was incredibly easy (almost dangerously so) with the lowest interest rate when shopping around. I have had no issues with my Zopa loan or contacting them. The app makes it really easy to see outstanding balance and provides offers for additional products and services. Really pleased with the service. Reviewed on: 21st January 2022
