Great company!

Cannot fault them. The process to apply for a loan was straightforward and I understood the agreement. The repayments were affordable and I was able to monitor my progress on the app. Making overpayments and repaying my loan early was also easy. Ideal savings account

The smart saver allows you to break down your savings in to “pots” where you can select your accessibility which in turn changes your interest. The app is really easy to use and you can make faster payments in to your account. I’ve always rated Zopa since having a personal loan with them and I’m happy to try and recommend other products as I trust them and like their service Reviewed on: 11th January 2023

Fast approval, easy application, user-friendly app

The app is a great way of seeing where you’re at with your repayments and gives you the option of reviewing your payment details, making overpayments and settling in full. Much more user-friendly and convenient than having to contact a customer services department. The application process for the loan was quick, easy and the amount loaned to me and repayment plan was actually the most responsible and manageable for my situation. They haven’t left me making extortionate repayments over many years like other companies would. Done and dusted in 12 months. The payment was made swiftly. Really pleasant and easy service.
