Easy, Reliable, Interest Paying

The online platform is simple, intuitive, easy to use, secure and effective. The best thing is even before the BoE interest hikes Starling were giving their customers interest. The range of one-touch features is great and the added bonuses such as tail make this by far the best bank I have ever used. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Collaborative and easy

I have a multicar household with members of family and extended family requiring use of both cars. I managed to find single car insurance cheaper elsewhere but preferred to keep my policy in one place, admiral worked with me to provide better cover at a similar price (not cheaper). Quick, easy, simple.

The whole process was easy and simple. With good detailed explanations throughout and easy to obtain terms and conditions. The exact figures were provided so it was ready to make a decision on whether this loan was right for me. All the direct debit details were taken care of and the money was released immediately. The only slight disappointment is the app 2FA can only be set up with a mobile phone/SMS, this would be better with an alternative such as emails or authenticator apps.
