Ethical bank with excellent service

Seamless banking with a great app and excellent ethics. The only time I had to phone them the phone was answered immediately and they were able to help me straight away. First class service! Reviewed on: 12th March 2023

Ethical and excellent

The automated switch from HSBC went perfectly. All out standing orders and direct debits transferred perfectly. I've never contacted the customer service department because I've never needed to! Banking as it should be; flawless and effortless. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2022
