Triodos customer service is excellent.

Triodos customer service is excellent. When I've contacted them I've got straight through to a person every time and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The app is also super easy to use and I cam do everything I need in one place. Really happy with them. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

Groundbreaking bank

Triodos is a sector leading bank, doing things others don't dare. Their commitment to transparency is phenomenal. I also find their app to be far more intuitive and easier to use than the High Street bank I switched from. Will continue to recommended them to everyone. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2022
