Fantastic service, takes your worries away

I found out about Stepchange on the gov.uk website. I was in a mess financially, emotionally and mentally. The advisors were so kind, didn't judge and allowed me to do everything online for the figures, outgoings and debt. I was glad that they could help me, they contacted all of my creditors, told them how much I could afford and when I got threatening letters advised me and contacted the creditors for me. I no longer deal with my creditors which has helped my mental stress and I just pay a set amount to Stepchange every month. They then split it up to pay off my debts. The staff are fantastic, it is a totally free service and they remain your contact point for however long it takes to pay off your creditors. You also get monthly statements to show how you are doing. Before finding them I was looking at debt solution agencies who charge a monthly fee, I am so glad I found Stepchange instead.
